Dispatched from the UK within 2 working days.
United Kingdom
Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. Cost is calculated at checkout by weight. Tracking is emailed once your order is on its way.
International
Royal Mail. Rates calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in what you pay us. Customs may add time.
Delays and lost parcels
Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. Royal Mail won't treat an item as lost until 10 working days after its due delivery date for UK orders, or 20 working days for international. If your parcel hasn't arrived by then, email the@foun-ta.in with your order number and we'll resolve it — replacement or full refund.
Addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't reroute a parcel once dispatched. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address are refunded minus postage.
